Call for a last minute reservation and a room was available. The lobby was beautiful and the attendant was great and helpful. We got checked in, headed to our room and it was nice and relaxing. Clean and comfortable! The pool and the pool area is well taken care of. Thank you 7 gables!
If you're looking for a quiet, clean, conveniently located & dog friendly spot to rest and relax, this is a great option. I'd say it's a bit overpriced for what it is, but not by much. If you're traveling with a dog, it's NOT overpriced, it's cheaper than the Choice Hotels I usually use so no hesitation to book there. The staff are pretty hands-off. If you need something, go ask and they'll help you out - otherwise you're mostly left alone (which I prefer). I was there for 5 days and loved that there's a perfect coffee shop across the street with a great place to work remote or sit on their porch and enjoy a coffee. Right next door is a typical diner with good food. The pool here is pristine - it's better than most I've even seen at larger hotels. I had 2 dogs with me and they were welcomed, and had lots of room to stretch their legs. Great place to stay if you're someone here fishing, as there's room for trailers in the lot and on the other side of the attached (currently empty) diner. Also well lit and safe if you're a motorcyclist traveling through!
My Wife and I have stayed at many hotels while traveling. This is a great motel. The price is more than fair. The room was spotless. The TV worked. The bed was warm and comfortable. But most of all the owner was welcoming and friendly. It has a great pool. I highly recommend The 7 Gables Motel. It’s biker friendly as well!
Don’t pass on this smaller hotel. It’s updated and extremely clean. The new owners took ownership right before we checked in and she was very accommodating and so welcoming. She also owns Branson’s Best hotel. Seven Gables is a wonderful, clean, family friendly hotel. We will definitely stay again and I can’t wait to see how the new owner makes the place even better than it already is.
Always a great place to stay when I come to visit loved ones in Burnside Ky. I recommend it 100%, great folks to deal with!
